We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
You may return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.
Refund or Exchange:
Within the 14-day return period, you have the option for a refund or an exchange. If you choose an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our contact form with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
